Jabra Elite 4 Active Warranty Dispute: Store Refuses Replacement

The right side of my Jabra Elite 4 Active earbuds stopped producing sound. Because of this, on 09/06/2025 I brought the product to the Teknosa store in İzmir Aliağa for warranty repair. After 20 business days, I was informed that the product could not be repaired and that I could either receive a refund or a replacement. I stated that I did not want a refund and preferred a product replacement. The store employees told me they would check their stock and give me a new unit if available.

However, when I returned to the store on 10/24/2025, I was informed that they did not have any new units in stock. When I requested an upgrade to the next model, they said they couldn’t provide that either. I requested to take back my defective product, but I still haven’t been able to retrieve it.

Teknosa only wants to refund the invoice amount of $68, but the current price of the same product is $103, and I am requesting a like-for-like replacement. Since my product is still under warranty, I want the device replaced with a new one so that my issue is resolved fairly.
