I purchased the Free Buds 5i headphones for nearly 2000 ₺. Ever since I got these headphones, the sound just randomly cuts out. After a while, the sound completely stops, and I can't hear anything from either earbud. I took them to the Vatan store at the Mall Of Istanbul for repair. I requested a return because they were broken from the start. The product has been returned from repair. They didn't accept my return request and they didn't fix the issue with the device either. They're saying that they couldn't find the problem that was reported. But if you only use the headphones for about 30 minutes, you will definitely notice this issue. This is just a form of not caring. I want my money back for the product. I shouldn't have to use a product that costs nearly 2000 ₺ and is broken right from the start.
