Umingle Account Banned After Entering Incorrect Age

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my account on the Umingle website. My account, registered with the email address ansarwor***@gmail.com, was immediately banned after I entered “15” as my age. This was an age I mentioned from my past when I was in senior high school, not my current age, but the system appears to have treated this as a violation without giving me any opportunity to clarify or correct the information.

The ban occurred while I was actively using Umingle through a web browser, and until that moment I had been using my account normally without any prior warnings or issues. Since the ban, I have not been able to access my account or reach support, and I have not received any explanation beyond the automatic restriction triggered by that input.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed urgently, the ban be lifted, and my access be restored. I ask that my current and accurate age be taken into consideration and that this situation be treated as a misunderstanding. I would like to continue using the platform without being unfairly restricted.
