On April 23, 2026, I made a deposit of 7,000 TL to the Casinowon website using the Star Havale method and completed the required form. However, the funds were not credited to my account for a long time.
I then contacted live support using my username “oguz583434.” After waiting for some time, I was told that the money I sent had been approved on another site and that there was no such transaction in their system. Despite this, I provided all my payment receipts and screenshots as proof, but the funds were still not credited to my Casinowon account.
Even after repeatedly requesting assistance, I received no help. I also reached out via their WhatsApp support line, but I did not receive any response there either.
Despite having all the necessary proof, my deposit has not been processed, and I have been left without support. I request that my 7,000 TL (approximately $210) deposit either be credited to my Casinowon account or fully refunded to me. I also expect a clear explanation and an urgent resolution to this issue.
