I’ve been experiencing Bluetooth connectivity problems with my Sennheiser HD 450BT headphones for the past 3–4 months. The headphones no longer connect to my phone, and the dual-device pairing feature has never worked. The Bluetooth reset function also doesn’t respond — pressing the buttons has no effect. In addition, when I try to turn the headphones off, they won’t power down; the voice prompt keeps saying “Power on” and the blue light stays on, but the device still fails to connect to anything.
When using a wired connection, the headphones work fine, so the issue seems limited to the Bluetooth module. I purchased the product from Amazon, but I haven’t yet contacted customer service. I’m also unsure of the warranty status, and I currently don’t have the invoice or order number. The problem persists consistently across multiple devices, and I’ve been unable to perform a factory reset.
I request that Sennheiser provide a quick solution, whether through technical repair, firmware support, or, if necessary, a product replacement. It’s frustrating that such a reputable brand’s wireless headphones would develop persistent connectivity issues after regular use.
