For about two months, I’ve been experiencing Bluetooth connection problems with my Sennheiser HD 450BT headphones. At first, the issue was occasional, but now the headphones won’t connect to any device at all. I’ve tried pairing with multiple phones and computers, but it makes no difference. I also attempted to reset the device, but that didn’t work either.
The product originally belonged to my late mother, so I don’t have full details about its warranty status. It was purchased from an online store, but I can no longer locate the customer reference number. I filled out Sennheiser’s support form, yet I haven’t received any response so far.
At this point, I’m simply asking for technical assistance and a point of contact to help me resolve this ongoing issue. I would like guidance on repair or replacement options and expect Sennheiser to address this serious product malfunction.
