I placed an order for a top from Shein India under order number SH9930704975 and later requested a refund, which I submitted yesterday. However, I have still not received the refund to my UPI account, and I have not received any email or message from Shein regarding the status of this refund.
I paid for this order via UPI and expected the refund to be processed promptly after my request. I have tried to contact Shein customer service by phone, but my calls have not been answered, so I have not been able to get any information or assistance regarding my refund.
I kindly request that my refund for this order be processed and transferred to my UPI account immediately, and that I be informed once the transaction has been completed.
