My Umingle account was banned today shortly after I wrote my Instagram username in the chat. The numbers in my Instagram username are simply part of the username and do not represent my age. I did not share my age at any point and did not intentionally violate any rules or community guidelines. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding caused by my username, and I am requesting a full review of this decision.
