I made a deposit of 3,000 yesterday through the BDG Game website, but the funds have not been reflected in my game account balance even though the transaction shows as completed on my end.

After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted BDG Game customer support, but the issue has still not been resolved. As a result, I am unable to use the money I deposited, which is preventing me from continuing my gameplay as planned.

I request that the 3,000 I deposited be promptly and correctly credited to my BDG Game account balance. I also ask to be informed of the reason for this issue and what steps will be taken to prevent it from happening again.
