Parimatch Withdrawal Pending for 43 Days – ₹20,000 Not Received

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Parimatch withdrawal, which has been pending for an unreasonably long time. On March 2, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 from my Parimatch account to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. However, even after 43 days, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this delay, but I was only told that the transaction is “payment provider pending,” without any clear resolution, time frame, or further explanation. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, as my money remains stuck with no definite update.
I request that my 20,000 withdrawal be immediately credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without any further delay, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided so that I can receive my funds as soon as possible.
