I am experiencing a serious issue with my Parimatch withdrawal, which has been pending for an unreasonably long time. On March 2, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 from my Parimatch account to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. However, even after 43 days, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this delay, but I was only told that the transaction is “payment provider pending,” without any clear resolution, time frame, or further explanation.
