On 19.09.2024, I bought JBL tune 720BT headphones for my daughter from Vatan Bilgisayar. The right side of the headphone broke. Since it was under warranty, I sent it to service (service number 484981). Today they called and said that the fractures were not under warranty and would not be repaired. They offered to sell me the same product at a discount. There is no user-related problem in the product, it is a fracture related to the quality of the material used. I have seen the complaints of people who had the same problem on the internet before, so it is a chronic problem that others also experience. It is a part that cannot be broken by any impact or fall. I request the company to either repair or replace the product. There is no defect caused by us. Therefore, it is none of my business if it is broken or has any other problem.
