Unexplained Obscurationon On My Samsung 50TU7000 Television Screen

On October 14, 2020, I purchased a Samsung Smart TV, model 50TU7000, with a Samsung Turkey Warranty from Trendyol. Although it is not yet 3 years old, I noticed that the bottom left side of the screen is dark. Therefore, I contacted the Samsung Service Center at 444 7 711 on 09.09.2023, and a service record was created. When the service team called me, they requested a payment of 450₺ to examine the television. Despite my television being under 3 years old, I was informed that this fee is applicable because the warranty period has expired. They mentioned that this fee would be deducted from the cost of replacement parts in case they are needed in the future. I am reluctant to pay these fees and believe that Samsung should uphold the quality of the products it sells. I kindly request Samsung to address this issue, which appears to be caused by a manufacturing defect in my television.

On Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 17:55, I received a call from the Samsung Service Center. Ms. Fadime stated that a fee of 450₺ needs to be paid for the service to come and identify the problem. She also assured that if any parts of the TV need to be replaced by the service, they would do it free of charge. A service appointment was scheduled for Monday, September 11, 2023. I am waiting for a resolution.
At the end of the 3-week period, with the support of Customer Representatives Fadime and Ms. Emine, the LEDs of my television were replaced for free at the service center. I thank the brand representatives for their assistance and kind communication.
