Samsung UE58 TU7000UXTK TV Panel Defect
We bought a Samsung UE58 TU7000UXTK TV in December 2020. We hardly ever used the TV, but unfortunately, after the warranty ended, it started having a problem with the screen. We now know that this specific Samsung TV model has a recurring problem. When we purchased it, we thought Samsung products were good, but it's really disappointing to see that we were wrong. Our TV has a recurring problem that many others with the same model experience, but Samsung hasn't taken any action to fix it. We're currently trying to get help from Samsung officials or service providers. We asked for either a new product or for them to cover the cost of fixing the panel. The service wants us to pay 10,000 TL, which is a lot of money. Can a device that is supposed to last at least 10 years and is hardly ever used, stop working after only three years? This is not our fault; it's a clear problem that keeps happening with this model. If our complaints are not taken care of, we will not hesitate to use our legal rights as customers. We need to regain trust in the brand.
