Samsung 58AU7000 58" TV Malfunction After Warranty Expired
SAMSUNG TV Warranty Has Expired 4 Months Later Our Samsung 58AU7000 58" television, which we purchased on December 20, 2020, began to turn off and back on its own on April 10, 2023, immediately after the warranty period expired. We made a service record right away. The service examined the product and determined that the screen is defective and must be replaced, charging a fee of 7,500 TL. It's very interesting that there's such a high price. The current price of the Samsung television you purchase is approximately 15,000 TL, and it comes with a 2-year warranty. We were surprised that something like this occurred as soon as the warranty period on the television that we purchased relying on Samsung quality had expired. The deterioration of the device we purchased from a company like Samsung severely depresses people's morale. The TV invoice is attached. I purchased it on December 23, 2020, and I believe it was passed about 10 days later on January 3, 2021, malfunctioned fault record document attached software error. It eventually broke down four months after its warranty expired. After my first complaint, I received a call from the solution center, no solution was proposed, the application was informed to my email, and the response was written, so this is the attitude of the solution center and the Samsung company for this product for which we paid thousands of pounds and which are clearly defective goods. Samsung has complained that the same type of error is frequently encountered as a chronic error in this series and similar series televisions, and even the Samsung service has burned the panel directly in the phone without seeing the TV and the cost is 7,500 TL, indicating that it constantly encounters this type of failure and confirming the chronic failure. If Samsung does not provide a satisfactory solution, I will file a complaint with CIMER, Consumer Rights, and international complaint sites.
