I Face Screen Flickering and Shutdown Problem on Samsung 50TU8000 TV

I have been using my Samsung 50TU8000 TV for about 3.5 years, and recently it started showing a serious issue: the screen flickers, turns itself on and off repeatedly, and now the television no longer powers up properly.
Before contacting service, I did my research and discovered that this is a common, chronic defect with this model. Many other Samsung customers have reported the same screen/panel problem, and according to their experiences, Samsung replaced the panel free of charge, asking only for the service fee.
However, when I reached out to Samsung service, I was told that no such support exists. Instead, they informed me that the repair would cost around ₺15,000 for the panel replacement, plus ₺750 for the service visit. This is completely inconsistent with what other customers received, even though the defect is well-documented and clearly a manufacturing fault.
It is unacceptable that a television of this price and brand fails after only 3.5 years due to a known defect, and that Samsung denies responsibility. I am requesting that Samsung handle my case in the same way as other customers — by replacing the defective panel free of charge and charging only the service fee.
