Samsung 50tu8000 Smart TV Panel Problem
I bought my Samsung 50 TU8000 TV in March 2021. Shortly after reaching its third year, it experienced a malfunction with one of its panels. The repair service required a payment of ₺8750. I chose Samsung under the impression that it was a reputable brand, but to my disappointment, I now regret my choice. According to the TV repair technicians I spoke with, it seems that panel issues are a recurring problem with this particular model. The TV I purchased for my parents, which was quite affordable, has been functioning flawlessly for a remarkable 6 years. However, Samsung has proven to be quite underwhelming.
My issue has been fixed very fast by Samsung service free of charge. I am appreciated.
