Samsung 55TU8500 Model 55" Television Panel Issue Surfaced After Two Years

My Samsung 55TU8500 television's warranty, which I purchased in 2021, expired at the end of April 2023. The screen abruptly turned on and off two months after the warranty expired. Since the day I bought it, I've been using it for 2-3 hours per day. The television turns on and off by itself. Friends in the technical service stated that there is no user error in this model, but rather a chronic panel error. Everyone is in a similar situation, as evidenced by the complaint. This chronic error occurs shortly after the warranty expires, which is significant. It's not my fault in this case; I paid a service fee of 350 TL. They also demanded 9300TL for the new panel. When I called the call center and explained that I needed to speak with the solution center due to a chronic malfunction, they told me that the warranty period had expired, that I couldn't contact the solution center, and that I needed to pay 9300 TL. We couldn't find a solution or a constructive attitude when I wanted to meet about consumer rights. Furthermore, our friends in technical support sent an e-mail to the solution center stating that there was a chronic problem. I'm waiting for the "Samsung" brand to accept responsibility for its own mistake and come up with a solution to the problem I'm having as a result of this "chronic" malfunction.
