Samsung 55TU8500 Television Malfunctioned Just After Warranty Ended

Our Samsung 55TU8500 model TV, which we bought from Samsung Üntep store in Kayseri Meysu AVM on 06.08.2021, malfunctioned 2 days ago. Our TV started to turn on and off by itself and repeated this situation continuously. As a result of the research I did on the internet, I called the Samsung authorized service. The friends who came back immediately demanded a fee of ₺14,500 because I thought they generally knew what the malfunction was, I was shocked by this situation. I thought they would come and make an inspection, but after reading the complaints on the internet, I saw that people were not complaining about this issue in vain. Many people are suffering from this situation in Şikayetvar.com. There are many complaints about this issue and I started to think that this problem is chronic. The warranty of my high quality, high-end Samsung branded device, which I bought planning to use for a minimum of 10 years, has just expired. Frankly, I am very disappointed with this situation. I think that the authorities of the Samsung brand will find a solution to this problem and I want the necessary to be done. Because in most of the complaints I have read, I have seen that you have positively solved the problems of consumers. I hope that my malfunction will be solved in the same way.
