Samsung Washing Machine Became Noisy Within a Year and Customer Service Ignored Me



I bought a Samsung washing machine, and after just a year, it began to make loud noises that echo throughout the entire house. I reached out to customer service for help, but unfortunately, no one has addressed the issue or offered any support. I expected more from Samsung given its strong reputation, but this experience has really disappointed me. It's disappointing that a washing machine can encounter issues so quickly, and the absence of support from the service team only adds to the frustration. I am seeking either a proper repair or a replacement, as the machine is evidently defective. I truly regret selecting this brand for such an important household appliance and sincerely hope Samsung steps up to address this issue.
