Samsung Washing Machine Became Noisy Within a Year and Customer Service Ignored Me


I bought a Samsung washing machine, but it's been making quite a racket for the past year. I've reached out for assistance on multiple occasions, and while they did respond and send someone over, unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem. I would like a replacement, please. I feel frustrated that my concerns have not been given the attention they deserve, and I am disappointed with my decision to purchase this machine. I am contemplating refraining from buying Samsung products in the future. I decided to give them another call to see what their response would be this time.
