Samsung Washing Machine Noise Not Fixed Despite Two Service Visits
I bought a Samsung washing machine less than a year ago, and even after calling the service team twice about the loud noises it makes, the issue still isn't fixed. The noise has been so loud that it has kept us up at night. While the authorized service team visited twice, their interventions made no improvement. I've really tried to give Samsung a shot at fixing this, but the lack of progress is just not okay. Please take the broken machine back and give me a new one instead. If this issue isn't sorted out soon, I'll have to take it up with the Consumer Court to make sure my rights are protected.
