I bought my Samsung washing machine from Teknosa, and it hasn’t even been two years—yet it makes an incredibly loud noise during every cycle. It’s so disruptive that guests at our home have commented on it, surprised that a new and expensive machine could be this noisy. People who use other brands say their machines don’t make this much noise, and honestly, they’re right. It’s embarrassing.
When we contacted Samsung service, they told us to separate fabrics by type—which we tried, of course—but the noise never stopped. It sounds like something is wrong inside, regardless of load size or fabric type. I’ve since learned that others are experiencing the same issue, so this is clearly not an isolated case.
The most frustrating part? Samsung’s washing machines are more expensive than most competing brands, yet we’re getting lower quality and no real support. We feel completely let down by a brand we trusted.
