My Samsung Refrigerator Still Has a Noise and Vibration Issue

I thought I was buying a reliable, well-known brand when I bought a Samsung refrigerator, but now I wish I hadn't. The appliance has been making loud noises and vibrations from the start, which are strong signs that something is amiss. Even though I've asked for help several times, the problem hasn't been fixed yet. What disturbs me the most is that Samsung hasn't showed much desire in standing behind their product, not simply the ongoing problem. I thought there would be greater communication and real action, but instead, I've had to deal with a broken, noisy fridge. I wouldn't feel good about telling somebody to buy this product, especially since it has been so hard to get help with it. This brand should perform better.
