On 09.03.2024, I purchased the Samsung brand washing machine, whose details are provided above, from carrefour store. Shortly after receiving the product, I started using it and noticed that it was making unusually loud noises while operating—a clear indication of a significant audible malfunction. I reported this issue to the authorized service at least twice and requested service visits. However, the technicians who came suggested that the issue might be due to user error and left without offering any technical solution. Yet this is clearly not a visual issue but an audible one, and it is obvious that the machine is operating abnormally and in a disturbing manner. The fact that the problem remains unresolved despite inspections indicates that the product is defective and that the issue is likely due to a manufacturing fault.
