Hello, our washing machine was tearing apart our clothes. As a result, we called customer service and asked for a service visit. The technician who arrived stated that the machine's drum and tank were bent and demanded 6000 TL to replace them. We paid, but they returned the machine without replacing the drum. I marked the drum and recorded a video before handing over the machine. When the machine returned, I checked it and discovered that the marked drum was inside, and the interior was filthy. On August 14, 2023, I contacted Samsung customer service with the invoice and service form, requesting another service visit or referral to a regional supervisor to inspect the machine. Unfortunately, they stated that they could only redirect the so-called authorized service, Akgüven Sogutma, located in the Mersin Yenişehir district, which issued a service receipt claiming to have replaced the part. I demand a refund of the money I paid, as well as the cancellation of the mentioned company's service authorization.

I have videos of the drum marks when I marked them and when they brought the washing machine, but the file size is too large, so I couldn't upload them.

You are good for nothing; instead of solving the customer's problem, you do nothing but stall them.
