Warranty Expired, Samsung SWM01/WW10NG44RBW/AH Washing Machine Broke Down Right After
I purchased a Samsung SWM01/WW10NG44RBW/AH model washing machine in 2020, and the installation was carried out by the service on 02/03/2020. Despite being in a non-humid and well-leveled location, with filtered water, the machine unexpectedly malfunctioned right after the warranty expired, having been used sparingly. Initially, I was informed that the drum needed complete replacement with a quoted cost of ₺5500. Faced with the circumstances, I reluctantly decided to purchase a new machine, realizing that repaired ones might not perform optimally. To my dismay, the ordeal continued. Today, the technician notified me of a faulty motherboard, estimating a cost exceeding ₺2000 plus labor. Considering the current situation, I cannot afford such repairs, and even if the motherboard is replaced, the machine is likely to break down again. I declined the offer. The technician, understanding my predicament, waived the labor charges in exchange for the old machine, leaving us without a washing machine. Needless to say, I will not consider buying Samsung products in the future.

A gentleman from customer service got back to me and said they would talk to the service team. He was very polite and attentive. He asked what my complaint was and what my request was. Actually, my issue is that the machine developed a costly problem right after the warranty expired. If it were manufactured with quality, we wouldn't be experiencing these issues. Why should we go through so much expense and waste of time? Plus, how much will they be able to help? Nevertheless, I thank them for their quick response and attention.
