Samsung Authorized Service Delivered Our Washer Without Repair

Our Samsung washing machine broke down, requiring us to contact an authorized repair service. The service team determined that the problem was with the machine's circuit board. Despite the fact that we had left the machine with them for 10 days, we were only contacted after a week and a half with a shocking repair quote. The technical team told us that replacing the circuit board would cost 4,500 tl and repairing it would cost 2,200 tl. They assured us that they could return the machine the next day, despite the fact that we were unaware of the 10-day service period. Unfortunately, when the machine was finally returned, it was still broken. The technicians departed without resolving the issue. It's infuriating to be faced with such exorbitant fees and still have an unresolved issue. I demand that my problem be properly resolved.
