Samsung Washer-Dryer Experienced Drum Failure; Repair Request Rejected
Hello, Due to problems with my Samsung inverter washing and drying machine, which I purchased in March 2021, I contacted an authorized Samsung service. The machine, which has a capacity of 9 kg for washing and 6 kg for drying, has spinning issues and makes a lot of noise. They did not arrive on time, and when I finally reached them today, they informed me that the drum was broken and that the issue was not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, they quoted me a high repair fee. However, the product still has a warranty, and I do not want to incur such costs. I'd like to see this matter looked into further. When I spoke with friends who had similar problems with products from companies such as Beko, Bosch, and Arçelik, they claimed that their issues were resolved under warranty. As a result, I hope that a large corporation like Samsung will carefully consider this issue and contact me.
