While we can see and record the camera image in the Samsung Gear 360 application, when we press the gallery tab, the application crashes. When I want to update the application from Google play store, I see the image in the attached file. The phones I use are Galaxy note 10 plus and Galaxy Fold 4 . I couldn't download the application on my Galaxy fold 4 phone anyway. Phone software is the latest version. Samsung has stopped the application support from this device it sells. There can be no such nonsense. My guess is that the gallery software in the phone software and the gallery software in the application do not match. I want this issue resolved immediately. Otherwise, I declare that I will make the necessary applications to the necessary authorities and consumer courts. Do not direct me to the service for the device and do not send me an automatic mail without reading my complaint carefully and understanding my problem.
