Samsung S10 Plus Unresponsive System UI and Constant Freezing

I haven't had any trouble with my Samsung S10 Plus in the last 3.5 years. But about a month ago, things started to go wrong. I haven't been able to use my phone right for the past week. When I get a message, the System UI stops responding, or if I'm using an app, it stops responding and freezes completely. I've already done a factory reset twice, which means I've lost all my information, including my contacts, but the problem is still there. I don't know if it's because of an update or something else. Samsung's products have really let me down, and I don't plan to use them again. I'm very sad about what has happened to me.
