I am experiencing serious issues with my Samsung S6 Lite tablet while using the Samsung Notes app. Every time I use the app, the tablet freezes for about 5 to 10 seconds. When it freezes, it automatically kicks me out of the note I’m working on, and most of my written content is lost without being saved.
This problem does not occur when using other apps, so it’s clear the issue is specifically related to Samsung Notes. This is extremely frustrating, especially when trying to take important notes or work efficiently.
I urgently need a solution. Samsung needs to address this app stability issue immediately, either through an update or by providing a fix. Losing valuable work like this is completely unacceptable for a device and software that are supposed to offer a reliable experience. Please respond quickly with a proper resolution!
