Samsung Did Not Deliver the Promotional Product to Me

I purchased 4 household appliances from the SAMSUNG Bekirpaşa store as part of the campaign titled "Get a 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner with the Purchase of 4 White Goods." I have all the invoices, service records, and delivery slips in my possession. I was informed that I needed to apply through the SAMSUNG Promotions app. To avoid any mistakes, I personally visited the Bekirpaşa branch and completed the application process together with the store staff. A month passed, and I received no response. But the absurdity didn’t stop there. After a month, my application was simply marked as not approved. When I checked the SAMSUNG Promotions app, it only said “Not Approved” with no explanation. When I inquired, they said it was due to missing documents. I waited for the issue to be resolved, calling once a week, and each time I was told the process was ongoing. After three months, the application was officially rejected. The only reason provided was that “the serial numbers of the products are dated before the campaign start date.” When I called the store I bought the items from, they told me it was not under their control but that they would send an email. I responded by saying, “We’re talking about the serial numbers of the products I purchased from you—how is this not related to you?” They insisted it was out of their hands but agreed to send another email. When I called SAMSUNG customer service, all they said was that they would forward the issue to the solution center. I’m repeating here what I already told customer service: If I do not receive an urgent response and this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file a lawsuit against both the company and the dealership through my lawyer. I will also submit formal complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) step by step. Don’t treat people like fools. Don’t make people turn away from your company. The reason I chose SAMSUNG was to avoid boycotted brands, but after experiencing this kind of problem despite being careful, it’s disheartening. You end up losing trust in even the few non-boycotted companies left. I expect a response from SAMSUNG representatives as soon as possible.
