I Bought Four Appliances at Samsung Store, They Denied My Rightful Gifts
At the Samsung store, I bought four things. They gave me a vacuum with the code VC07R302MVR/TR as a gift. It's worth ₺2600. The website said that as gifts, people could get a vertical vacuum and a 43-inch monitor. Based on dealer prices, their prices are about ₺10,000 to ₺12,000. Because of this, I chose to cancel my order. I said I didn't like something and called customer service. They said that all the necessary information had been given and didn't care about it. I even emailed the written proof to H****, the customer service rep, saying that we were given wrong information. The dealer will take the monitor. That's why they haven't even sent me an invoice for the appliances I paid for yet, since the dealer is currently out of stock and will get it later. S****, the online customer service rep I talked to, told me that I could get a gift when I bought three appliances. A DW60M5062FS 6-Program Solo Dishwasher, a WW11BBA046ABAH 11 kg washing machine, and an NV60K3110BS 60-liter 7-Program electric oven were the things I bought. They are now telling me that the bill will be sent and the installation will be done. My order number is 2471012143112321. Then I can get something out of the gift campaign. What kind of rules does this have for sales? I don't understand. This is something I've called Samsung customer service about a million times, but they haven't been able to help me.
