Samsung Washing Machine Runs for 5 Hours on Any Cycle – No Support from Service

I purchased a Samsung washing machine four months ago, and I have been completely dissatisfied since day one. I expected quality from a reputable brand, but instead, I received a machine that is extremely inefficient.

No matter which cycle I select, the machine runs for 5 hours, whether it’s a single item or a full load. When I called Samsung service, they inspected the machine and told me there was no issue. Worse, they said if I called again for the same problem, I would be charged for the visit!

This is unacceptable. I paid ₺18,000 for this machine, and I expect it to work properly. Samsung, fix this issue immediately! Customers should not have to fight for proper service after spending hard-earned money on your products!
