Samsung Quoted an Unreasonable Repair Price for My Broken Monitor Screen

The screen of my Samsung computer monitor broke, so I took it to the technical service. They quoted a repair fee of ₺9500, even though I originally bought the monitor for ₺3600. I called Samsung to report the issue, but they didn’t respond for 15 days. When I followed up, they finally took notice, but the repair fee increased to ₺13200. As of today, the price they demand for the repair seems absurd, especially since I can buy a brand-new monitor with an invoice and warranty for ₺4000. Their only explanation was that they couldn’t control the service center’s pricing. When I requested a written price offer, they said they couldn’t provide it. Considering even our refrigerator and washing machine are Samsung, I’m now worried about what would happen if they malfunctioned. I ended the call after expressing my concerns. I’ve faced a similar issue with another brand in the past, but they resolved it by offering alternative solutions. I hope someone from Samsung sees this and takes action.
