I purchased my Samsung A34 just 11 months ago, and despite having one more year of warranty, I have already experienced two major software failures.
The first issue happened at 7 months, and now, at 11 months, my phone suddenly shut off completely, and the screen went black. I took it to the Samsung Ankara Etlik service center, where they once again claimed it was a software error and simply reset my phone, wiping out all my important files—for the second time.
Clearly, this issue is not being properly fixed, and I refuse to keep losing my data every time this happens. I demand an urgent replacement. A phone at this price should not shut down randomly, and Samsung needs to provide a real, permanent solution instead of just resetting the device. I insist on a new phone immediately!
