Samsung Update Made My A34 5G Shut Down and Overheat Constantly
My Samsung A34 5G phone started shutting down after the latest update. It takes a long time to turn back on, apps lag, the phone overheats, and other issues continue to appear. We contacted Samsung customer support and performed a full reset, but the problems remain. When we call the representatives, they say it must be sent to the service center. I asked what I’m supposed to do without a phone during that time, and they told me to borrow one from a relative. In Istanbul, they apparently offer spare phones, but since I’m not in Istanbul, they say no such service is available unless I personally deliver the phone to the service center. This is how customer needs are ignored. In an emergency, I try to use my phone and find it’s completely shut off. At that point, it feels like human life doesn’t even matter. We can’t call emergency services unless the phone decides to work. I bought this phone based on a Samsung recommendation, and I can honestly say I regret it.
