Samsung Galaxy A54 Moisture Detection Error

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A54, and I was very happy with it at first. However, after a recent update, I started to experience a problem with the phone detecting moisture and not charging. I contacted Samsung customer service, and they told me to send the phone in for warranty service. However, I live in a small town in Turkey, and the nearest Samsung authorized service center is in Ankara. It would take 1 week for my phone to be shipped to Ankara and back. I understand that Samsung needs to investigate the issue and fix the phone. However, I am not able to go 1 week without a phone. I use my phone for work and personal communication. I am requesting that Samsung send me a replacement phone while my phone is being repaired. I am confident that Samsung will be able to resolve the issue, but I need a phone to use in the meantime.
