My Samsung A04s Shuts Down Randomly

I purchased a Samsung A04s with a 2-year warranty around this time last year. Recently, the phone started shutting down on its own. I bought it from MediaMarkt and first took it to the authorized Samsung service center in Ankara. They informed me that the motherboard had crashed and, due to a crack on the screen, they would also need to replace the screen. Despite acknowledging that the motherboard failure was not my fault, they still included its cost. For a phone I bought last year for approximately ₺5,000, they are now asking ₺4,100 just to replace the motherboard and screen.

I am expecting a prompt response from either Samsung or MediaMarkt regarding this issue.
