Samsung A34 5G Stutters On Everything
It's been almost a month since I bought the 8/256GB version of the A34 5G model. In the first week, it worked perfectly without any issues like lagging, freezing, or overheating. Then, I tried resetting it, hoping it would fix the problem, but it didn't. I also installed a system update, which made things even worse. I decided to visit the KVK Mecidiyeköy Service Center, explained the issues with the device, and performed software installations and tests. However, they claimed there was no problem and returned it to me. Unfortunately, my problem persisted. I personally monitored the device's performance after the last update. I noticed that the system and its background processes were consuming an excessive amount of RAM, causing performance issues. Previously, even with multiple applications installed and some running in the background, the device had around 4.6GB of idle RAM, and it worked smoothly. But now, it barely leaves 4GB of usable RAM, and even without running any apps, it struggles. It's disappointing that such an expensive device is performing so poorly. I'm frustrated that I spent 12,000 TL on this device, and it's become virtually unusable. I won't ever buy or recommend a Samsung product again. If there's a genuine solution, I'm open to it; otherwise, I'll take legal action and file complaints with the relevant authorities to get a refund. I won't tolerate wasting my money on a problematic device, and I'll make sure others are aware of the issues I've faced with Samsung products.
