Samsung FlipZ4 Poor Quality and Disastrous Customer Service

On December 31, 2022, I purchased a Samsung FlipZ4 phone. The folding mechanism became deformed after only 7 months. Before purchasing, I specifically inquired about any potential issues with the folding mechanism and was assured that nothing of the sort would occur. After 7 months, however, the folding part broke and refused to open properly. There were even touch-related issues with the screen. I took it right away to Samsung's service center on Incirli Street in Turkey. The service representative claimed that impacts could cause damage, but I insisted that there had been no impacts and that the phone had not even a scratch on its body. They said I could pick up the phone, which was under warranty, in one hour. When I returned an hour later, I was told there was a problem with the screen and that I could pick it up the next day. Later that day, before closing time, they informed me that the center would not cover the 9000 TL repair cost. I contacted the dealer and customer service several times before they finally offered me a discount. It's been a week without a phone, and customer service is uninterested in resolving the problem. I'm devastated by Samsung's lack of proper research and durability testing on a 25,000 TL product. Despite having a warranty, they are demanding nearly half the price of the phone again instead of replacing it. I've been victimized and duped. This is a complete customer betrayal, with no customer relations and no customer satisfaction.
