One Year of Frustration and Soiled Clothes Thanks to a Samsung Washer

Mr. Samsung,

I haven't even had your 10.5 kg washing machine for a year, and I've lost count of how many times I've had to call for service. You sent over a slew of inept technicians who couldn't fix the machine. We have repeatedly requested that you return this useless appliance and refund our money. Your washing machine does not wash properly, and our clothes smell as if they were never washed. You are a deceptive company; shame on you and others like you. I don't blame you for taking the money, but I doubt you understand the concept of integrity. Unfortunately, this is the case with many businesses these days. I demand a prompt refund at the current rate. Take back your useless machine, and you'll be doing us all a favor.
