Samsung Washer-Dryer Smells and Broke After Service
I contacted Samsung service due to a bad odor coming from my washer-dryer. The technician performed a cleaning, but after the service, the machine stopped working entirely. When I called the service again, I was told the repair would cost ₺12,470!
How can a perfectly functional machine break after a routine service, and why should I have to pay for it? This is unacceptable. Instead of resolving my issue, Samsung made the situation worse and is now asking for a significant amount of money to fix their mistake.
I feel deeply frustrated and demand an urgent solution. Samsung, take responsibility for the damage caused by your service team and repair my machine at no cost!
