Samsung Customer Service Ignoring Washing Machine Defects

I have never come across a more disappointing brand than Samsung. I was not happy with their phone previously, but now I have bought a Samsung washing machine. Apparently, the machine I purchased is defective. Even after several visits confirming no problems with the machine, even employees within the company are aware of the numerous complaints about this series being defective. They mentioned contacting higher-ups, and a senior staff member arranged for a service technician to come. They mentioned that the machine is not faulty. They put in a significant amount of effort before arriving, providing excuses such as 'we tried calling but couldn't get through' and 'this and that happened'. However, I own two phones, and they are always switched on. However, they were unable to get in touch with me.
