New Samsung Galaxy A36 Sold With Camera Defect, Store Denies Return
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A36 phone from Teknosa Gebze Center on the evening of December 29, 2025. From the very first use, the phone’s camera was defective. There are black wave-like marks on the screen, and the camera does not focus properly, which means I cannot use the camera as expected from a brand-new device.
Despite this clear defect, when I contacted the store, I was told that they would not accept the product simply because the box had been opened. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to identify such a defect without opening the box and testing the device. I find it unacceptable that a faulty product sold as new is not being taken back.
I request that my defective Samsung Galaxy A36 be returned and that the full amount I paid be refunded as soon as possible.
