Samsung Galaxy S23 Network Issues
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S23 on 26.12.2023, and from the moment I started using it, the phone began encountering network problems. After a week, I took it to the Samsung authorized service center in Bursa. The service center made some adjustments, returned the device to me, and requested documentation through a video if the issue persisted. As the problem persisted, I documented it as requested and returned the phone to the service center. The device stayed in service for a full 30 days, and during this time, there were discussions with the Samsung headquarters. When we were informed to retrieve the phone from the service, we did, but the problem persisted unchanged. I had to return it to the service center again. I fail to comprehend why a brand like Samsung would leave a customer in distress, offering no viable solutions. The Samsung brand, which I thought prioritized customer satisfaction, has left me disappointed. I urgently request the swift resolution of my issue.
