Samsung A35 Keeps Shutting Down & Won’t Turn On – No Support or Refund

I purchased a Samsung A35, but as soon as I set it up, the phone kept restarting on its own. I waited, hoping the issue would resolve, but the next day, the phone completely shut down and wouldn’t turn back on for two hours.

Frustrated, I contacted the seller, and they initially told me it would be resolved within three business days. However, it has now been seven days, and I still have no solution. When I reached out to Samsung support, they simply told me to deal with the seller, offering no real assistance.

This kind of careless customer service is unacceptable. I demand a resolution immediately, whether it’s a full refund or a working replacement. I did not pay for a phone that fails right out of the box! Samsung, fix this now!
