Today, May 23, I went to Istanbul Vega AVM Media Mark to buy a gift for my wife. At 11:58 a.m., I purchased a Samsung A34 5G phone and charger for 10300 TL. We brought the box home and opened it there because it was a gift and the friends there had not warned us not to open it there. Upon opening it, we discovered dents on both sides of the phone, despite the fact that it was brand new. On the day we bought it, 12.05.23, we immediately took it to the media mark, and the friends working there said that the phone should be sent to the service, that the problem was caused by the factory, and that it was obviously a defective product. We took the phone to the Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa branch that day, and a friend named Emrecan, who worked there, took good care of it and said that this device was an obvious factory-related problem, but he still said that the device should be checked for procedural purposes. He told us that the device should be left here and examined instead of being replaced with a new brand-new device there. I urgently request that a device be delivered to me in the same color as the one I purchased in its new box. Samsung sold me a faulty item in the Zero box. I took the device to the service the day I bought it; it can't be that bad.
