Salomon Hiking Shoes Show Severe Wear After Only Light, Occasional Use

On February 20, 2025, I purchased Salomon X Ultra 360 GTX men's outdoor shoes from the seller Koray Spor through Hepsiburada. Even though I only wore the shoes a few days a month, for low-intensity trekking walks, they developed tearing in the inner lining, splitting at the upper, heel folding, and generally noticeable premature wear within a short time. Considering Salomon's quality standards and its position in the outdoor segment, this level of wear after such short and light use is not acceptable to me.
Because of these problems, I sent the product for technical service review through Koray Spor. As a result of the review, I was told "no manufacturing-related issue was found," and the shoes were returned to me unchanged. Frankly, given how I used them and for how long, I'm not convinced that this deformation, occurring in such a short time, is the result of normal use.
I am requesting a re-evaluation of the premature deformation I've experienced with this product, that the fact this isn't user error be taken into account, and that, to resolve my situation, the shoes either be replaced with an identical new pair or a refund be issued based on the current product price.
