Salomon Ultra 4 Shoes Torn in Months, Yet Company Rejects My Warranty Claim

In March 2024, I purchased a pair of Salomon Ultra 4 shoes from Olimpiyat Spor for ₺6,900. I wore them only two days a week, under normal conditions. However, within the first week, the heel lining started to tear. I sent the shoes in for inspection, but the response I received was, “Not a manufacturing defect.” At the time, I decided not to pursue the issue further.
Then, in September 2025, both shoes developed tears near the toe flex area, where the shoe bends while walking. I sent them again for inspection and, once again, received the same rejection, stating that the damage was not caused by production issues.
The store advised me to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I still have the original receipt, and the shoes were sold with a two-year warranty. I find it unacceptable that such an expensive, supposedly “world-class” brand product could deteriorate this quickly and that the responsibility is being shifted to the customer.
I believe the product is defective and request either a replacement pair or a full refund. My confidence in the Salomon brand has been completely lost, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
